To grow our local team in Cincinnati, we are seeking a Marketing Specialist. You will develop, manage, and optimize comprehensive Go2Market activities in order to develop the sales pipeline. You will independently carry out digital marketing campaigns and events and create content to increase brand awareness and lead generation. Your responsibilities will include:
- Plan and create online marketing channels and campaigns (owned, earned, paid).
- Track and monitor the success of marketing initiatives.
- Administer and adapt the website.
- Create campaign-specific landing pages.
- Manage inbound/outbound campaigns especially in social media environments (ex. LinkedIn Ads).
- Plan, implement, and analyze digital/onsite events such as customer events, webinars, trade shows, etc.
- Nurture and pass leads to Sales team at appropriate time.
- Create and maintain all marketing content and collateral including the English versions of website and collateral from Headquarters.
- Support of central SEA and SEO campaigns in cost and performance based on KPIs, targets, & budget specifications.
- Stay current on all social media developments and best practices.
- Basic graphic design work.
The ideal candidate will be flexible, looking for a challenge, and have:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- In depth knowledge of Google marketing tools (analytics, ads, tag manager) and web analytics/tracking/optimization
- 3 plus years of experience in digital marketing
- Experience with Marketing platforms such as Word Press and Mailchimp
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
- Knowledge of manufacturing, lean manufacturing or Industry 4.0 is a plus
- US citizenship or Permanent Resident Status (Green Card holder) due to customers with ITAR requirements
